It sounds like the question you may have meant to ask was "is there a timing belt or a timing chain?" All modern vehicles have a serpentine drive belt system to run the accessories. If this is what you meant, your vehicle has a timing chain. It seems Honda recently decided to switch from timing belts to chains in the motors I'm familiar with.
